The Online Stock Car Association of Racing (OSCAR) has joined Flashpoint Racing and has reopened driver registration for the first time since the demise of the Nascar Online Racing Series (NROS) on TEN in 1999. OSCAR was one of the largest organizations in online racing with over 500 members racing in 5 major series. Each series has many divisions.
