ORCA EAST: Burley Begley Wins at Texas!

Burley Begley driving the International Fire Protection Ford qualified third and wins his first race of the season.
The top five qualifiers were Dean Schmall with a lap of 28.993, Dave Schmall with a lap of 29.031, Burley Begley 29.059, Dwayne Vincent 29.193 and Paige Gamble 29.227. The points leader ran into trouble on lap 8 when the pace car decided to go through him causing damage and forcing a pit stop.
The race had 12 cautions, leaving most cars with some sort of damage. Burley managed to avoid all the havoc to take the checkered flag over a hard charging but damaged Dwayne Vincent.
Burley will now run in the Shore Crest Resorts 250 on Saturday, April 6th for a chance at the $20 purse and the second East series driver to win a Champ Series race which will be broadcasted live on WSBN.com
